Ash Wednesday and Lenten Schedule

Our Schedule for Ash Wednesday is as follows:

Full Mass:  6:15, 9:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.

Prayer Service:  12 Noon and 5:00 p.m

Please note there will be NO Confessions nor Holy Hour on Ash Wednesday.

There will be distribution of blessed ashes at all Masses/Services listed above. For your information, an Ash Wednesday Service includes a Liturgy of the Word (i.e. prayer, readings, and homily) followed by the blessing and distribution of ashes, intercessions, and a final blessing.

Additional times for Confession are offered during Lent.  Confessions are offered Mondays at 9:30 am; Wednesdays from 6:30 – 8:00 pm Fridays at 6:45 am and 6:30 pm and  Saturdays from 3:30 – 4:30 pm.

We will pray Stations of the Cross on Fridays at 7:30 pm

Every Friday during Lent, our parish Knights of Columbus Council holds a Fish Fry from 5:30 -7:00 PM.   Tickets will be sold at the door   Our Fish Fries are among the best in town and are priced modestly.  Take-out dinners will also be available.  All proceeds go to support one of the K of C sponsored charities such as KOVAR or the Ultra-Sound Machine purchase initiative that directly supports the Arlington Diocese Pro-Life program.  Please support this worthwhile cause.
